Thy Thoughts to Me,  O God!

Psalm 139:17-18

How precious also  are  Thy thoughts to me,  O God!    
How vast  is the sum of them!   
If I should count them,  they would outnumber the sand.
When I awake,  I am still with Thee.

Every moment  of every day and night,  God is thinking  about us.     He loves us deeply  because we are His own dear children.      The LORD longs  for us  with a longing beyond human expression.     In Jeremiah 29:11-13  our heavenly Father says to us,

‘For I know the plans  that I have for you,’  declares the LORD,  ‘plans for welfare  and not for calamity  to give you a future  and a hope.     Then you will call upon Me  and come and pray to Me,  and I will listen to you.

‘And you will seek Me  and find Me,  when you search for Me  with all your heart.’    

God Almighty has proven  that He has an everlasting love  for us.     In that everlasting love  is a vast sum  of precious thoughts  that we need  to be aware of  and appreciate.     They are thoughts  that should give us hope  and change our lives in this world.

How great are  your thoughts  towards God?

Just how much time  do you spend  seeking God?     Do you ever remember  the love  God has given us  in Jesus Christ?     Do you ever think  about the fact  that God calls you  His own dear child?

It’s time  to remember God’s love  for us  and rejoice  in that love.     Find relief  for your heart  in the God  who has made you His own dear child,  through faith  in Christ Jesus.     Then say,  “Hallelujah!     Lord,  thank You  for always thinking about me   and for keeping me  in Your protective care.     Keep me  from straying  so that I might know more  of Your comforts and cares.”
